Investment Plan Comment Form
Please take a moment and help make sure that the NCR Investment Plans have strong goals for capabilities to be built or sustained over the next three to five years. In order for your comments to receive timely consideration, please send them by January 13 (updated from Dec. 22) using the Excel Spreadsheet at this link. The most important part of the plans to focus on is the goals for capabilities and the investments and milestones proposed to achieve those capabilities. You are free to comment on any aspect of the plans. Please use the comment form and send it to dmcmillion@mwcog.org.

You can also participate in conference calls/meetings scheduled to review groups of the plans. From the meeting schedule, please click on the title of each call/meeting you would like to participate in and follow the directions to RSVP.
What happens after comments are submitted through the conference calls and by individuals?
Staff will review the comments, incorporate those about which there is agreement, and document all comments that cannot be resolved. Revised drafts of the plans are due Jan. 6. The SPG and CAOs will work with the SMEs to prioritize the investments by mid-January. Questions? Suggestions? Please contact Dave McMillion at (202) 962-3708 of the COG staff.
Background
The Chief Administrative Officers (CAOs) Homeland Security Executive Committee (HSEC) and the Senior Policy Group (SPG) are directing an Investment Plan development process for the NCR in 2010. Stakeholders will be working under the leadership of the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (COG) and the State Administrative Agent's Office (SAA) to identify the gaps in regional capabilities and the key investments required to address them in future UASI and other funding cycles.
View the chart below for updates on the Investment Plan development progress. Each plan's hyperlink will take you to a secure area for additional plan details or you can view a consolidated list of all plan documents or all plan meeting events.
